Admiral W boosts skills that increase his Health Regen and is able to reel in, slow, and knock down enemies. This makes him one of the best tanks for group support. His skills require careful timing, though his passive and fourth ability will keep him alive.
Story
Admiral W found himself in quite a good mood this particular day. In the morning, his crew nabbed a merchant ship loaded with goods and riches to pad their own purses. Their victory would buy them months of good food and entertainment. The crew was in the middle of celebrating when another ship appeared. It was a remarkable thing, considering they were planning to move on to busier waters in search of loot. Admiral W wasted no time in showing the second vessel the error of their ways, and he and his men boarded and plundered it mercilessly.
"Hey- ho! Set sail! Hey ho! Row on! Let's go to sea! Let's go to raid! We are pirates, masters of the sea!"
Normally a serious bunch, the crew would not hesitate to break out the sea shanties when it was time to celebrate. This one was a favorite of Admiral W's, at least when he was drunk. And he was quite drunk on this particular day, because two huge hauls in a single day is a godsend for pirates. He drunkenly fired off cannons and nearly fell into the ocean himself, stopped only by his first mate grabbing his octopus legs in time.
"Ha ha! My Black Skulls, set sail! We'll take on the navy next!"
Some believe Admiral W calls himself an admiral to remember some past posting in the navy. But the truth is that he's a pirate through-and-through, who has never served the forces of order for a single day of his life. He tried, mind you, but was refused in his youth which could account for some of his hostilities towards the navy. The admiral is generally a patient man but is quite strict about being addressed properly.
Admiral W also doesn't like to talk about his legs... or tentacles, as they are. Long ago he tried to make off with a cursed treasure, with his horrible, beastly form the result. He's tried every solution he can find to turn back into his old handsome self, but to no avail. His last hope is Hyper Universe, where with any luck one of the many magical hypers can help cure his condition." If you want to pass, you need only pay the fee. Aye, it's not cheap, but it won't cost you your life, eh? And don't tell me you've nothing to give. I'm sure the sharks would disagree!"

Admiral W chugs rum like a proper sailor to restore Mana and obtain a stackable effect, drunkard. The more drunkard effects are stacked, the more Defense and Health Regen effects increase. Duration decreases every time Admiral W takes damage or suffers any inhibiting effects.

Ultimate Ability - Release the Kraken!
Summons the Kraken to damage and down the enemies in front of him.
Notes: • Release The Kraken! can only down an enemy Hyper once per cast despite damaging them 3 times.
Admiral W(illiams) is a sturdy Hyper owing his presence on the battlefield to his debilitating debuffs, group stuns and his inability to be moved by pushes or pulls thanks to his passive Pirate's Gift. While not really having any hard CC, outside of a minor hitstun on his Harpoon Blade, Admiral W is a fear instilling Hyper that can move freely and act freely on the battlefield, allowing him to hold a position and make decisions when it really counts.
His Harpoon Blade is a devastating skill that not only reduces the defense of the targets hit, but also temporarily stuns then and pulls them towards Admiral W, following it up with his Black Mark dramatically slows enemy Hypers and blinds them making escape difficult and a counter attack unlikely for regular attack based Hypers such as Strikers, following up with his ultimate Release The Kraken! he can control an entire area downing any enemy Hypers caught and punishing any enemy Hypers coming to the rescue. His Drink Up skill, allows Admiral W to build up drunkard stacks which recovers mana immediately and increase his Defense and Health Regen for each stack and with his unique Captain's Chalice also adds percentile based HP recovery, making it an effective tool to use after a fight to stay in lane or during a fight when your skills are on cooldown.
However Admiral W's biggest weaknesses are that his Harpoon Blade can only pull enemy Hypers to him making him one of the worst Tanks to peel for teammates as he is forced to rely on the short ranged Black Mark or potentially wasting his ultimate Release The Kraken to cover the retreat unless he moves behind the enemy and pulls them away, oftentimes putting him in a very unfavorable position in addition to taking more time to respond to the threat and that without his unique Kraken's Heart, his ultimate can be canceled very easily.
