This hyper is the master of burst damage, destroying hypers unlucky enough to fall within the short range of her skills. Her excellent mobility and linkable skills give her the advantage she needs to close distance and do work. Her power comes at the cost of no survival skills, so only one hyper is walking away from any fight she picks.

The idea of an assassin usually gives people images of shadowy agents and secret plots. Indeed, many assassins live like hermits and seclude themselves from the world, or carry on a mundane existence so no one will suspect their true occupation. There's an obvious advantage for a killer to hide their identity, which is what makes Blue Rose so unique among assassins. For starters, she's easy to spot at any shopping mall or boutique, spending her blood money on high fashion and jewelry.
This isn't cover for her habits, either. Blue Rose is one of the most recognizable killers in the world, with her long blue braid and flashy, risque dresses. She never shies away from pictures or cameras, and she spends her ill-gotten riches entirely on impulse, on anything from antique furniture to organic honey. Despite her flamboyant ways, though, no one has quite managed to connect her to the contract killer ring known as Blue Blood.
Blue Rose was warned countless times not to endanger the agency with her antics, but her extravagant shopping continued. She knew as well as the executives did that they'd never take action against her on account of her unparalleled skill. While most assassins aim for quick, silent kills, Blue Rose delights in dragging out the suffering of her targets as long as possible. Her victims are always found with faces distorted in pain and bodies broken from all manner of vicious torture. Despite her sadistic methods she still has never failed a contract, proving her absolute mastery of her art.
The cruelty with which Blue Rose pursues her contracts is borne entirely out of the thrill she gets from it. She kills not for money or duty but for the sheer pleasure of tormenting people as their lives end. Eventually this did concern the Blue Blood syndicate enough to attempt to reign her in. Blue Rose's response, of course, was to kill them to the last man. Now there is nothing keeping her bloodlust at bay, and Hyper Universe is the perfect place for her to hunt more victims.

Blue Rose blazes away with her revolvers to wear her targets down. She can step right and left while shooting. She can keep shooting for up to 3 sec.
