Note: Plasma Cutter's additional damage is true damage and is capable of critical hitting, each attack rolls for a critical hit separately from each other.

While attacking, inflicts 43 additional damage per second for 3 sec (Can occur once every 3 sec) Up to 70 with Lv. 10 as a base

Strategy[edit | edit source]

This item does true damage, meaning it is the most useful earlier in the match as it will do a larger percentage of their Health. It is best optimized by Specialists, Assassin or Strikers as they use its stats the best however the bonus damage and Mana makes it useful on just about any Hyper.
