This item is best used when facing certain enemy Hyper compositions, if the enemy Hyper is capable of tremendous Life Steal or healing impressive amounts it shines as it reduces the enemy Hyper's effectiveness greatly. However while it is a great item, other Defense Bypass items are generally more effective.
