Sapitelbub is one of the playable Hypers in Hyper Universe.
Introduction[ | ]
This hyper shines in early skirmishing. His strong attacks can make short work of opponents, and every kill restores health and boosts damage. This is important, because his ability to escape and withstand damage is limited.
Story[ | ]
The king of hell had five sons. Each of the princes wielded powerful magic, but the strongest among them was to be the youngest, Sapitelbub. Even beyond being a prince of hell, Sapitelbub was special. He was born with the Silent Rock Hand of legend, known to hold the power to destroy everything. The legend also stated that the bearer of the Silent Rock Hand would conquer hell and unite the demons under a common banner. Needless to say, the king of hell was quite pleased with this turn of events, and favored Sapitelbub above his other children. And of course, that was not taken well by the older brothers.
Yet in all of this, Sapitelbub held no interest in such matters. As the youngest of hell's princes he was more interested in playtime than infernal politics, and as the most powerful of the princes he feared none of his brothers. These factors only made him more arrogant and complacent in his ways.
"If you've got a problem, say it to my face! I'll answer with my fist!"Despite his terrible attitude, no demon was willing to challenge him. The other sons knew they could not beat him in a straight fight, so they began to conspire together. They had to find a way to rid themselves of their youngest brother without angering their father, a daunting task considering how favored Sapitelbub was. For their purposes, Hyper Universe proved to be the perfect opportunity.
"You better stay away from Hyper Universe, brother. Your Silent Rock Hand is nothing to the warriors who rule there."
"Ha! You think there's anyone who can stand up to my fist? How about I prove you wrong?"
Duke Urukuul, the oldest prince, feigned concern for Sapitelbub's safety on the matter of Hyper Universe. He knew that would bruise the young prince's pride, and set him on the path Urukuul desired. And sure enough, Sapitelbub left that very day to conquer Hyper Universe for himself. The elder princes celebrated their cunning victory over their youngest rival... and then immediately began plotting against each other.
What the princes have forgotten, however, is that whatever does not kill you makes you stronger. It is true that the warriors of Hyper Universe are formidable, and battling them will only make Sapitelbub more powerful. In their victory, the princes of hell may have very well doomed themselves.
